If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from our website within 60 days, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund to the original payment method. Just repack the unused item in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

Contact our customer service department by emailing or calling toll-free 1-877-995-8367 with your purchase order number to authorize your reason for the return/exchange.  We will email you a return/exchange form with instructions.

*Merchandise purchased from a third party retailer/website must be returned or exchanged where it was originally purchased.

*In the rare instance you receive an item that has a flaw due to a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace them for you with the same style and size.  Proof of purchase is required.

We gladly accept returns/exchanges on sale items.

Please note: customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees if the reason is anything other than a manufacturing defect. For example: the wrong size was ordered, or you prefer a different style.

If returning your package from outside of Canada, please use REGULAR PARCEL POST (USPS) ground shipping. We cannot accept returns shipped via courier services (Fedex, UPS) as there will be a brokerage charge for customs clearance.

In order to exchange an item that you received as a gift, the item must have been originally purchased from our website within 60 days. Don’t know the purchase order number? No problem! Let us know the first and last name and/or email address of the person who purchased the gift and we’ll look it up!
