Ordering from the Jack and Lily website is simple and takes just a few steps. Simply choose from the drop down menu under THE COLLECTION and select footwear. Once you have selected your item(s), you will be guided through checkout and an order confirmation will be sent to you. For a step-by-step explanation of how to order, see below.
1. Choose from the drop down menu under THE COLLECTION.
2. Select from FOOTWEAR.
3. Click on the product you wish to purchase.
4. Use the pull-down menu to select a quantity
5. Use the pull-down menu to select size
6. Click on ‘add to shopping bag’ to add the product to your order.
Note: You'll be asked to specify which currency (US dollar or Canadian dollar) to use for your purchases. Use the pull-down menu to select the currency of the country you are ordering from and then click ‘validate’. The currency you select will be used for all purchases made on the same bill. International orders select ‘US dollar’.
8. Once you have validated a currency, you will be forwarded to the shopping bag page. On this page, you can review all items you have placed in your bag and the quantity of each item. You may edit your order here and make changes to your order including quantities. If you wish to continue shopping, click ‘continue shopping’. Select ‘checkout’ when you are ready to purchase your product(s) and have finished selecting items.
Note: If available, Jack and Lily promotional codes must be redeemed at this time. Enter your promotion code and click ‘recalculate’. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order.
9. You are now on the Quick Profile page. If you are a new customer and you do not wish to have a user profile you may select ‘Express Checkout’ . If you want to set up a user profile, select ‘New User’ and you will be asked to select a profile password. If you already have a ‘User Profile with Quick Profile’, please enter your email and password. If you need assistance, contact us at 1-877-995-8367.
10. You now must select the country where the item will be shipped (United States, Canada or International). Click here for more detailed shipping information.
11. Please enter the address to where the product(s) will be shipped. You will be asked whether the billing address and shipping address are the same. Make your selection and follow the instructions on the next page. You will be asked to either fill in the new billing address information and select a method of payment, or review your address and select a method of payment. Click ‘continue’ after you have made your selection.
12. You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of your order, including shipping costs. You must now fill in your credit card information so that we can process your order. You will receive an email confirmation from Jack and Lily.

A goods and services tax of 7% (GST) will be added to any purchase shipped within Canada. An additional sales tax of 7.5% (PST) will be added to orders shipped within British Columbia. No tax will be added to orders shipped to the United States or other destinations outside Canada.

Jack and Lily are pleased to accept Visa and MasterCard. Due to e-commerce security we are not able to accept Visa and Mastercard Debit or Check cards.

Jack and Lily will ship anywhere in the world.
We estimate time of arrival to be between 10 and 14 days, but due to logistics we cannot guarantee this shipping time for post shipping. Our product will ship via the most suitable courier for your area. The package is picked up from the destination country’s postal service when it enters that country and uses the customers supplied address.
Jack and Lily is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties and taxes. All extra charges will be the responsibility of the person(s) receiving the shipment.

Jack and Lily offer the following shipping options for delivery within the US, Canada and International destinations. We use reputable shipping companies and couriers to ensure safe handling and timely delivery. We are happy to offer the following shipping methods to our customers at this time.

Any orders place after 10:00am (Pacific Standard Time) will not be processed until the next morning. For example, if we receive an order at 12pm on Friday, it will not be processed until Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Shipping Details:

• Holidays may add an extra day to delivery times
• Separate order must be placed when sending to more than one destination

Although we can handle most requests for different methods of delivery, we may be restricted by our shipping software.
At this time, when you are sending to two different addresses, must complete seperate orders for each delivery address. Also, because our shipping costs are based on a flat fee per address, you will be charged for each unique address.

We want you to love your Jack and Lily product. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our customer service department by calling toll-free 1-877-995-8367 or by email at info@jackandlily.com to authorize your reason for the exchange. Our staff is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time).
2. Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative.
3. Include the GR number with the following return shipping address:
